EIS is competitively priced and provides a very high quality product.

Costs are charged by the hour plus expenses. Expenses usually involve database research expenses and other costs associated with the acquisition of information. If travel is involved, we must charge for travel time and mileage. We do require a deposit prior to the onset of investigative efforts.

EIS will make every effort to work within your budget. Throughout the entire investigation, you will periodically receive a detailed invoice just to let you know how your money is being spent. Any monies not spent are returned to the client.

You are not charged for the initial telephonic consultation. This consultation is designed to understand your investigative needs and to communicate to you how the investigation should be undertaken and the approximate costs. Nor do we parse out database fees, i.e., charging separate fees for each database result. In other words and for instance, an asset profile database inquiry will result in (among other things) the identification of property ownership, Social Security Number, bankruptcies, liens,and judgements. You are not charged separately for each result.
